Clinical Counseling is a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to be yourself, explore your strengths & feelings, reflect on your life, and unlock your potential. The space created by Prashant Chawla is confidential and safe for people to share their lives. These sessions are centered around non-judgmental listening and may be combined with meditation techniques, transformation tools, therapeutic skills, mindfulness practices & activities, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and more. During these sessions, you and Prashant work together to create effective solutions for your emotional & mental well-being, health, relationships, career, finances, and more.
